keynotes for 2026

  • AI holds immense potential, but it’s not a silver bullet. Behind every breakthrough are costs—environmental, ethical, and human—that demand attention.

In this keynote, we’ll cut through the hype and focus on what it really takes to innovate responsibly with AI. You’ll learn why AI isn’t the solution for all problems, how to avoid common pitfalls, and how combining human ingenuity with AI tools can lead to real, scalable solutions.

For companies starting their AI journeys, this is about making informed, sustainable choices that drive meaningful progress— without shortcuts.

  • AI is often labeled "ethical" based on what happens inside an algorithm, but the true story starts long before—and extends far beyond—the code.

In this keynote, we’ll dismantle the myth of ethical AI, exposing the hidden costs embedded in its value chain: the environmental toll of data centers, the exploitation behind dataset creation, and the societal impacts of automation.

Ethical AI isn’t just about outputs; it’s about accountability across the entire lifecycle. If we want AI to truly serve humanity, we need to confront these realities and rethink what “ethical” really means.

  • In November 2023, I joined the largest-ever women-in-STEMM expedition to Antarctica—a stark and fragile front line in the climate crisis.

What was meant to be a leadership program amidst the climate emergency became a reckoning force to confront a profound inner conflict: to reconcile the devastating reality of a collapsing ecosystem and the suffocating sense of hopelessness, with the urgent call for resistance and action.

Drawing on three years of research into ice sheet melting and sea level rise, this keynote explores how Antarctica’s rapidly changing landscape became a mirror of our collective force— and ultimately, to the unwavering belief that the way to heal our planet is in the very humanity that binds us to it.
